St. Andrews is a historical coastal town in Fife, also known for the Old Course, the home of golf. The town is a busy, vibrant location due to the University of St. Andrews, its golf courses and fascinating tourist attractions. The ruins of St Andrews Castle, the British Golf Museum and the Botanic Gardens are all well worth visiting.
The town has ten amazing golf courses and more nearby, a perfect destination for the golf enthusiast. There is also much to do and see for all the family within the town and nearby in the Fife countryside and in the City of Dundee, which is around 30 minutes’ drive away across the Tay Road Bridge.
St. Andrews has amazing historical architecture, restaurants, cafés and shops. The golden sandy beaches, with West Sands following bordering St. Andrews Links golf course. The harbour is lovely and quaint and has a beautiful sandy beach next to it.
