A range of delicious food is available during the day at the Pavilion Restaurant and for evening meals and special dinners. During the winter months please phone first to book your dinner as the restaurant only opens in the evenings on request. During the summer months booking is also advisable.

Caithness - Highland Good Food

We recently visited the new Pavilion Restaurant on the Thurso esplanade and enjoyed every mouthful. This small intimate restaurant is run by Audrey Swanson and her very friendly staff. Inside the recently restored Pavilion the restaurant is nicely finished with real flowers and attractive decor.

The views from the restaurant looks over to the islands of Orkney, you can also see the ferry port of Scrabster.
