Inverness Bed and Breakfast for your Highland getaway holiday break

I

Inverness, known as Capital of the Highlands is the point where many people head for a holiday in the Scottish Highlands. My parents live not far from Inverness in Nairn, which is well known for the golf course and the sandy beaches. The city of Inverness has certainly grown over the last few years and now has the enviable reputation of the fastest growing city in Scotland.

Staying in Inverness also allows you to do day trips to many areas of the Scottish Highlands without leaving the luxury of your evening accommodation. So visit Inverness and plan your day trips to Dornoch, Ullapool and Camusnagaul, or even further.

In Inverness we have Sealladh Sona bed & breakfast and this has a 4 star grading by the Scottish Tourist Board. This holiday b&b is run by Marjory and Peter Cook. The contact details are shown below or you can visit their webpage.

Local Information on Inverness area

Nearby to Inverness are many Castles, one of the most famous being Loch Ness Castle or as it is correctly called - Castle Urquhart and we have a picture of it below.

Inverness Airport

Above picture of Inverness Airport (just so that you know that we have one!)

Inverness also has many places to explore along with traditional Scottish pubs that are a delight to visit along with the folk music and the ceilidh dances.

Nearby you have the famous Loch Ness and the infamous Loch Ness Monster, the least scary monster ever as we all adore her. If you catch a glimpse of her please remember to send me a picture and help make this website famous.

Loch Ness - watch out for Nessie!
