We bought this guide for a holiday in Colorado in the summer. It was, as is usual pack with information, but there were two main flaws
1) the maps were inadequate (which is to be expected in the case of the large scale maps but disappointing from the point of view of the urban centres) and in the case of Denver just outside the city centre, wrong. There were museums marked on them in places where they actually weren't. We ended up with multiple other city and road maps
2) Colorado is a sizeable place and getting from one location to another can take quite a lot of time, I wish the guide had suggested some sort of itinerary of this is what one should try and do within two weeks, or suggestions to that end. A previous rough guide for another part of the world had something like that and i was very handy for planning the trip.
Overall this guide has a lot of information and is probably unmissable for a tourist exploring the state (don't miss Taki's restaurant in Denver - very generous portions of excellent Japanese food).
