This model is very poor by Olympus standards. Difficult to set eyepieces to proper width and focus. Not recommended for wildlife viewing.

I purchased these binoculars as a gift for a friend. I already own a similar set, from Olympus (older model but otherwise identical), which are very good. Disappointed to find eye pieces changed to hard plastic with a very samll viewing aperture making it very difficult to centre your eyes properly. Checked by several friends - all experienced the same problem. Useless for wildlife viewing, as by the time you get them sorted, the wildlife will be well gone. Can't believe this passed Olympus customer testing!

have used binoculars for years in conjunction with my hobby of aviation these are well worth the money very portable and excellent clarity....a spotters dream
